Thistle Cottage - Fort William

Nothing too much trouble, it was dope! Staff were pleasant, breakfast was delicious. The hotel was in a magnificent location, in a beautiful area. Moreover, it's near to Ben Nevis, Fort William and the surrounding area.

The room was super clean, but the mattresses were too soft for my preference.

Thank you for a very relaxing stay on holidays. The units are good-sized, beautifully decorated with comfy bed.

I stayed here for two nights and loved how easy it was to walk to the iconic Ben Nevis Whisky Distillery, just a little over two kilometers away, and the lovely Neptune's Staircase, only about 2.5 kilometers from the hotel. The family room was spacious enough for us to relax after our adventures amidst Fort William's fine landscapes and landmarks.

Pricing feels somewhat high for what you get!!! The furnishings are outdated and could use a refresh, along with the bathroom amenities needing more attention to detail for a better experience!!!

I loved my stay with my partner, especially when Morag greeted us and personally checked us in. The lovely garden offered a cozy spot to unwind, and the comfy room made for a nice getaway. The only hiccup was some noise from a creaky bed, but I'd still come back for the great vibes! 😊

The host created a warm atmosphere, and the delicious breakfast offered a wonderful variety. The rooms seemed a bit outdated . Finding the location was easy, and I appreciated the ample free parking available.

The breakfast was like a home-cooked meal, just like my mom used to make, really brought back some memories. The Wi-Fi was faster than I expected, allowed me to catch up on some work without issues.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, it was still worth it.

Cozy room, cute staff, we loved the quiet ambiance of the space with a big double bed for a restful sleep and a nice-sized bathroom for a refreshing shower. The free parking made it convenient for exploring.

Thistle Cottage offered a lovely stay with a comfortable twin room and an excellent breakfast that fueled my adventures. Although the location was a bit far from the town center, it was tranquil for resting after hiking. I’d gladly return for more outdoor explorations.
